Custom Build BSOD

Hi all,

I’ve been struggling for months trying to fix this issue, I’ve finally caved in and decided to ask all of you because I am out of steam, ideas, and resources. I’m desperate to fix a DPC_Watchdog_Violation blue screen (no error code)I’ve been getting with this custom build, my first ever. I only game+stream on this machine, so I can only say it occurs during that time. It can take 20 minutes or 2 days to reproduce this blue screen, making it even more difficult. It’s intermittent and can happen up to 4 times in 5 hours.

Here’s what I’ve done so far :

-Someone said it was my webcam, so I unplugged it and streamed it still happened.

-Tried GPU and CPU benchmark programs to push them to the limit while streaming, never provoked a bluescreen oddly enough, though was only for 3 hours.

-Had a friend try to look at my logs but sadly he was incapable of giving me an adequate direction, simply telling me to try this or that, aimlessly doing things is a big turnoff for me - Ran a 6 hour memtest, ram checked out ok.

-Ran a test for both of my hard drives, status is in good health with a 3rd party program AND by using CHKdisk

-changing my IDE ATA controllers, updating them, alternating between them, as seen on this article on tom’s (http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-3128566/fix-windows-error-dpc-watchdog-violation.html)

-Updated motherboard BIOS

-Updated GPU BIOS
